Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to YSK Mint. Together with the Disclaimer they form a binding agreement with YSK Limited. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Acceptance
By loading, browsing, connecting a wallet, looking up an address, or signing a transaction through YSK Mint, you accept these Terms and the Disclaimer. If you use the app for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The parties
“YSK Limited”, “we”, and “us” mean YSK Limited, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. “You” means the person or entity using the app. Ki (yanshekki) is identified as creator; these Terms protect YSK Limited and, to the extent permitted by law, its officers and the creator in connection with the app.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. You must not use the app if you are a person or in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful, including where sanctions apply. You are responsible for compliance with local law.
License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the YSK Mint interface as made available, for your own lawful purposes, as is and as available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the interface at any time without notice and without liability. We do not grant any license to third-party protocols, wallets, or networks.
No account; local data
YSK Mint does not operate a user account server. Preferences, address sets, and similar data may be stored in your browser. Clearing site data deletes them. We do not undertake to back them up or to restore them.
Privacy
YSK Mint has no YSK backend that stores your holdings. Public RPC nodes, explorers, naming services, and wallet extensions you use may log IP addresses and the chain queries you make. Company-wide privacy practices for ysk.hk and other YSK products are described at https://ysk.hk/privacy-policy. That policy does not make YSK Limited a controller of on-chain public data.
Transactions
You alone decide whether to sign. Network fees are paid to miners, validators, or sequencers, not to YSK Limited (except any donation you choose to send). Transactions may fail, stick, or be reorganized. We do not guarantee inclusion, ordering, or a quoted output amount.
Prohibited use
You must not misuse the interface: no attacking, scraping that degrades public nodes we did not authorize you to overload, no concealing illegal activity, no violating sanctions, and no infringing others’ rights. You must not represent that YSK Limited audited, issued, or endorses any token you launch or any third-party market you view.
Third-party services
Links to DEX sites, explorers, LayerZero Scan, ysk.hk, and other properties are for convenience. Their terms apply to those services. YSK Limited is not a party to your transactions with protocols.
Intellectual property
YSK, YSK Mint, and related marks are used by YSK Limited. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Indemnity
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YSK Limited, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and Ki (yanshekki) from and against any claim, loss, damage, cost, and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the app, your tokens or launches, your transactions, your violation of these Terms or of law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or digital assets. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the app is limited to the greater of zero Hong Kong dollars and the amount (if any) you paid to YSK Limited for access to this app. Some limitations may not apply if a court holds they are unenforceable; the rest remain in force.
Governing law and courts
These Terms and any dispute arising out of the app are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, except that YSK Limited may seek injunctive or equivalent relief in any jurisdiction to protect its rights.
Changes
We may update these Terms and the Disclaimer by posting a new version in the app. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after the update is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is held unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent required, and the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Disclaimer are the entire agreement between you and YSK Limited for YSK Mint. They do not amend a separate written contract you may have with YSK Limited for other services. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
