Nature of the service

YSK Mint is a browser interface operated in connection with YSK Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. The app has no YSK backend server, takes no custody of assets, and does not create wallets. It reads public blockchain nodes and third-party protocol endpoints, and it may ask your wallet to sign transactions that you initiate. YSK Limited is not a broker, dealer, exchange, bank, money services business, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

No advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Listings, prices, APY, depth, health scores, labels, and other figures are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, lend, borrow, or launch any asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for taking independent professional advice where appropriate.

Data and quotes

Prices, reserves, depth, APY, utilization, balances, and activity are derived from public chain state and third-party protocol interfaces. They may be delayed, incomplete, inconsistent across venues, or wrong. Stablecoin marks (including USDC, USDT, USDM, and USDA) may be treated as one US dollar for display only. That treatment is not a guarantee of peg, redeemability, or solvency. YSK Limited does not warrant that any figure is current, complete, or fit for any purpose.

Incomplete coverage

Not every chain, DEX, lending market, pool, or token is listed. Absence from the app does not mean an asset is safe. Presence does not mean it is endorsed, audited, liquid, or lawful for you. Protocols can change, pause, or disappear without notice to YSK Limited.

Tokens, pools, and protocols

Tokens and smart contracts can be illiquid, exploited, upgradeable, pausable, taxed, inflated, or fraudulent. A ticker, icon, or name can be copied. You must verify contract addresses, networks, and counterparties yourself. Past prices and rates are not a guide to the future.

Unaudited contracts

Launch, lock, liquidity, and related contracts made available through YSK Mint may be unaudited and may contain errors. Test networks and main networks can fail. You use them entirely at your own risk.

No custody; keys stay with you

YSK Limited does not hold your private keys, seed phrases, or assets. Connecting a wallet or pasting an address does not create an account with us. If you sign a transaction, you authorize it. On-chain actions are typically irreversible. Lost keys, wrong networks, wrong addresses, and phishing are your risk.

Third parties

The app relies on wallet software, public RPC nodes (including nodes you configure), block explorers, naming services, DEX and lending protocols, and other third parties. YSK Limited does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, fees, errors, downtime, censorship, or security. Querying a public node or explorer may disclose addresses you look up.

Assumption of risk

You assume all risk of loss, including total loss of tokens, gas, and opportunity. You represent that you understand cryptographic assets and that you will comply with laws that apply to you, including sanctions and tax laws. YSK Mint may not be lawful in your place of residence. You must not use it where it is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, YSK Limited, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and Ki (yanshekki) are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or tokens, arising from your use of YSK Mint or any related protocol, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to zero Hong Kong dollars, being the amount of fees (if any) you paid to YSK Limited for use of this app.

Any payment to addresses published on the Donate page is a voluntary gift. It is not consideration for tokens, equity, services, support, or any other right. Donations are irreversible. Send only the asset and network you intend.
